DRYING THE TOMATOES IN THE OVEN IS A GOOD WAY TO GET MORE FLAVOR OUT OF BLAND VARIETIES, THE LONGER YOU COOK THE TOMATOES, THE STRONGER THEY WILL TASTE, BUT THEY WILL ALSO BECOME LESS FIRM.

Preheat the oven to 250°F (200°F if you have a convection oven).
