PARSNIPS BECOME WONDERFULLY SWEET AND DELICIOUS WHEN THEY ARE BAKED WRAPPED IN FOIL. SERVING THEM WITH SALMON ROE MAKES FOR AN ELEGANT STARTER OR SIDE DISH. WITHOUT THE SALMON ROE, THIS IS EXCELLENT WITH ALL KINDS OF MEATS AND FATTY FISH LIKE SALMON.
