    Method

    1. Combine the pear juice or grated pear and rice wine in a bowl. Add the beef slices and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes, then drain.
    2. In a bowl, combine the Marinade ingredients and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the Marinade over the beef strips and mix until well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
    3. Preheat a pan gr
