Molten chocolate lava cakes have been around for decades, but they don’t seem to lose their popularity. Thick chocolate oozing from a warm chocolate cake. What’s not to like?

I spice up my lava cakes with gochugaru, Korean chilli flakes. You can add more or less, depending on how much heat you want. I suggest starting with ¼ teaspoon and going from there.
