  • About

Sprinkle this topping over just about any vegetable before roasting. My favorites are brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. You will never look at maple syrup the same way again!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (2 oz/60 g) cornflake crumbs
  • ¼

Method

In a mini food processor, combine the cornflake crumbs, maple syrup, sage leaf, and red pepper flakes. Process until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is crumbly, like sand. The topping will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
