Giant Ricotta Ravioli with Cinnamon

Before you read further, please let me assure you that this method of making ravioli is easy. You can do this! And you will blow away your guests. I mean, who makes ravioli? Now, you do. Instead of preparing the dough from scratch (really, who does that?), I use store-bought wonton wrappers. Dollop the center of each wrapper with the most mouthwatering, luscious lemon-ricotta filling and then cover with an additional wrapper, pressing down on the edges to create “ravioli.” Once you master t
