Here is a great, quick dip recipe that is perfect served with crudités, za’atar-dusted pita chips, and a glass of red wine. The sharp toasted garlic contrasts with the warm, woodsy flavors of the rosemary. In the wintertime, I like to serve this dip slightly warm. Just fill a large bowl with boiling water and place the sealed container of dip directly in it for about 5 minutes. Then carefully remove the container and transfer the dip to a serving dish.
