People often ask me for skinless, boneless chicken breast recipes. I think that home cooks are searching for some out-of-this-world recipe, but I always say, “The simpler, the better!” Here is a wonderful dish that basically uses whatever fresh herbs I have left over in my fridge, plus chopped garlic, olive oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. That’s pretty much it. Literally.
