Dogh is an Afghani yoghurt drink that is usually enjoyed either after a meal, or with lunch on a hot summer day. Served cold, it has a crisp, refreshing quality thanks to the cucumber and mint, which beautifully complement the creaminess of the yoghurt.
Mix together the yoghurt and water. Add the cucumber, mint and salt and stir well to combine.
Chill until ready to serve, or serve immediately over ice.
