Method

A flat omelet resembles a thick pancake. Serve it hot or at room temperature, cut into wedges.

  1. Whisk the eggs and seasoning and add any flavorings as with a folded omelet. Pour the mixture into the buttered pan.

  2. Stir the eggs gently
