Name: Making an ASPIC Mold
Ingredients: Set the charlotte mold on a bed of ice. Add 1 cup/250 ml aspic and chill until on the point of setting. Rotate the mold to coat it on all sides and pour out any aspic that does not adhere. For a good appearance, the whole mold should be coated with an even layer at least ¼ in/6 mm thick, especially at the bottom. Chill over ice until firmly set.
