My neighbors introduced me to this wonderful cookie years ago. At Christmastime, when they bring over a tin of homemade cookies, these are the ones I reach for first.
Ingredients
1 cup ¼ cup ½
Method
Preheat oven to .350°F - In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add salt and vanilla and mix well.
- Slowly add the flour to the butter mixture just until it forms a dough.
- Add the chopped nuts and mix until just combined.
