Ingredients: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract; ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature; ½ cup creamy peanut butter; 1 cup brown sugar, packed; 1 large egg; 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon; 1½ cups all-purpose flour; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon baking soda; ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon; ⅓ cup granulated sugar

I discovered a new peanut butter that was mixed with cinnamon and raisins. My son and I could not get enough of the pairing, and it later became an inspiration for these cookies.

⅓ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

For the Cinnamon Sugar

In a small bowl, combine the ⅓ cup of sugar and the ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Mix to combine and set aside.
