This bar takes two of my favorite foods—snickerdoodles and cream cheese and combines them into one decadent bar with a creamy center and a crunchy, crackly top.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Filling

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line an 8 × 8-inch baking dish with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
