These bars are so buttery, crunchy, and gooey. My favorite jam to use is Fredericksburg peach, but you can use whatever homemade or store bought jam you like.

Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Butter an 8 × 8-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
