Method

Place the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse for a few seconds to combine.
Add the cubed, cold butter, and pulse until the butter is about the size of peas and the mixture is sandy, about 10 pulses.
With the machine running, add the ice water in a slow, steady stream through the feed tube, just until the dough comes togeth
