I’ve never been a big fan of chocolate and peanut butter together, but my older brother, Joseph, loves the combination. This pie is dedicated to him and all the chocolate peanut butter lovers of the world.

Ingredients

Chocolate Cookie Crust

1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Method

For the Crust

In a medium bowl, stir together the cookie crumbs and the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
Pat the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
Refrigerate the crust while you make the peanut butter mousse.
