Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of cooked cream and sugar that is set with gelatin. It is similar to pudding, but does not contain any eggs. This version incorporates chocolate and Nutella to make it even richer.

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope ( teaspoons) powdered gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Method

  • Lightly butter 6 small cups or ramekins. Place them on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
  • Place a sieve over a large measuring cup with spout and set aside.
  • Place cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface of the water. Let it rest f
