When I was putting together recipes for this cookbook, I knew I had to include something with bananas and cinnamon for my friend Ingrid and her kids. We got to know each other through our blogs, but it was our passion for baking and our bond as mothers that has kept us close. I’m certain they’d devour this cake straight out of the oven.
