Any oranges, or tangerines, clementines and so on, will make a delicious jelly. Last time I made this, I used pink grapefruit, which are nice and sweet and looked pale pink and pretty. Omit the sugar if you like.

  1. Put the juice, sugar and gelatine leaves into a saucepan and leave to soak for 10 minutes. (Make sure the gelatine leaves are separate and not sticking together.)
  2. Heat the pan gently, without boiling the liquid, until the sugar and the gelatine are completely dissolved.
