I have a great, if shameful, memory from when I was stuck in Cincinnati airport with my brother. We bought a box of twelve utterly delicious cinnamon rolls and devoured the lot before, six hours later, we boarded our plane.
If the dough is very soft as you make these, flour your hands to stop it sticking to your fingers, but resist the temptation to add too much flour. The kneading will make the dough more elastic and less inclined to stick.
