Tear-and-Share Star Bread

I adapted this recipe from one of Paul Hollywood’s, who is a bit of a dab hand at shaping bread. It’s much easier to do than it looks. You just have to follow the recipe.

Before I met Paul, I thought I was hot stuff at kneading. But watching the master at work made me realize what an amateur I was. Never mind – I learn fast!
