This is one of the quickest, easiest and most satisfying breads to make. You can make puffy small breads to serve on the side with a meal or with soup, or roll them out very thinly and cook them on a griddle or in a frying pan to eat topped with any flavourings you fancy. They are best eaten fresh, hot off the stove.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt and pinch of salt. Add your chosen flavourings at this stage, if desired.
