Beautiful for making biscuits or whipping into a cream.
Put the sugar and lavender in a box and shake gently, like you’re shaking maracas. Leave for a couple of weeks, shaking the box every now and then. When you are getting really good at the shaking, the lavender should have perfumed the sugar. You can use the sugar with the lavender in it, or sift it out if you prefer.
