Use petals with a lovely scent that you have dried well.


  • 125 g ( oz) sugar
  • 1 handful of dried, fragrant unsprayed rose petals


Put the sugar over the petals in a bowl and turn through. Cover with a net or similar to allow air to flow through. Leave for a week or so for the petals to perfume the sugar before using.
