Everybody loves Nonna Marisa’s potatoes. Marisa is always making brodo and sugo and distributing them among her kin, in between doing their ironing and loving her grandchildren. It is important to use a non-stick baking dish for this.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks, not too big. Keep in a bowl of cold water until you are ready to cook them.
