Method

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine flour, sugar, and salt on low speed. Add cold butter and mix on low speed until pea-size lumps form. Add cream cheese and continue to mix on low speed until mixture is shaggy and begins to form a ball.

Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead a few times to incorporate any loose pieces. Divide dough evenly
