Method

Place granulated sugar and water in a saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add mint and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and discard mint, retaining the liquid.

Place powdered sugar in bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Measure ¼ of the mint syrup and add it to the sugar. Mix on low speed until glaze is smooth. Save the leftover mint syrup for
