During strawberry season we just can’t get enough of these beautiful hand-shaped tarts. The jammy runoff from the sheet pan is my favorite sneak treat.

Method

Lightly dust work surface with flour. Roll 1 dough disk out to -inch thickness. Use a paring knife to cut into 6 5-inch circles. If dough does not yield 6 circles, take the scraps and re-roll to ⅜-inch thickness, then cut remaining circles. Repeat with other dough disk.
