Anything crumble has my full attention. I always loved Entenmann’s crumble coffee cake when I was growing up. Dress it up with a good shake of powdered sugar.

Lightly coat a 10-inch pie pan with nonstick spray and set aside. Take out chilled dough. Lightly flour work surface and roll dough out into a 15-inch circle with ⅛-inch thickness. Gently fold in half and then fold in half again, so dough is quartered. Transfer dough to pie pan with the folded corner in the center. Unfold dough, gently laying it into pan.
