Even though I couldn’t afford to actually buy them, I used to go visit these dreamy disks of fruit, nuts, and caramel at Le Bon Marché in Paris.

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat 2 large 6-mold muffin tins with nonstick spray and set aside. Have a candy thermometer handy.
