Ingredients

Method

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl well with a rubber spatula.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until well incorporated, about 1 minute each. Add vanilla extract and honey and mix on low speed for 15 seconds. Scrape bowl well.

Add flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
