It’s great to have this dough in the freezer for an easy, quick bake. Portion it first to make the process even quicker.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl well with a rubber spatula.
