Teff is an ancient grain used in a lot of Ethiopian cooking. Cecilia uses it in this crumble because it’s gluten-free, so it makes our gluten-sensitive customers very happy.
Preheat oven to 375°. Make the Teff Pâté à Sucre recipe, but instead of fitting it into a round tart pan, press it into a 4″ x 12″ tea loaf pan. Cover it with parchment paper and pie weights. Blind bake
