Buttermilk Pretzel Dogs

• 1 recipe Buttermilk Pretzel Dough
• 1 cup (280 g) whole-grain mustard

Make pretzel dough using method described. Portion dough into 16 3″ x 5″ rectangles. Use a metal bench scraper or knife to cut 5 1-inch slits on each of the long sides of each dough rectangle, leaving the central 2 inches uncut for the hot dog to rest on. Spread 1 tablespoon mustard down that 2-inch middle length. Place hot dog atop the mustard. Starting with
