Chewy pretzel and salty dog! I always need more brown mustard.
Make pretzel dough using method described. Portion dough into 16 3″ x 5″ rectangles. Use a metal bench scraper or knife to cut 5 1-inch slits on each of the long sides of each dough rectangle, leaving the central 2 inches uncut for the hot dog to rest on.
