Caramelized onion and parmesan make a flavorful, savory tart that’s good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Ingredients

  • ½ recipe (about 500 g) Brisée Dough
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

Method

Lightly coat an inch tart pan with nonstick spray. Take out chilled brisée and roll out until dough is inch thick. Press dough into tin, making sure to press into edges to remove any air bubbles. Freeze 3
