I could eat these crackers for days! Crunchy and salty, with a little five-spice flavor, too. Roll them nice and thin!

Ingredients

  • cups (210 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Method

Place flour, sugar, baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and five-spice powder in a food processor and blend. Add cold butter and continue to blend until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add buttermilk and continue to blend until dough pulls away from the side and forms a ball.
