These are super fun to flavor and shape any way you want. They’re a staple at the candy shop, and they make great gifts.
Pour ¾ cup (167 g) water in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and sprinkle with gelatin to bloom (allow the gelatin to absorb liquid and expand), 5 to 8 minutes.
Place
