Cecilia and I are crazy for turmeric. We use it as much as possible, and we love it in this drink, which is delicious hot or cold.
In a medium bowl, whisk together turmeric juice, ginger juice, and honey until well blended. Use immediately or store in a container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Fine pulp from turmeric and ginger roots will settle, so give it a good whisk before using.
