Method

Place sugar, chocolate, and cream in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly to prevent chocolate from burning. Add milk 1 cup at a time. Continue to whisk mixture until chocolate melts completely and mixture simmers. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
