  • 2 medium turnips, rutabagas, or celery root
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) olive oil

Method

Directions

  1. Wash and clean root vegetables. If using celery root, peel the exterior.
  2. Cut veggies into fry-like shapes.
  3. Toss vegetables with olive oil and salt.
  4. Air fry for 15 minutes at 400 F (205 C). If using an oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil, then bake at
