I was inspired to make this recipe in an attempt to encourage my husband to eat more cruciferous veggies like broccoli and cauliflower to help lower his cholesterol. We all love stuffed cabbage with meat, so I figured why not stuff them like I would manicotti? What resulted were these delicious Ricotta-Stuffed Shells, and they went instantly viral on social media. They are almost too good to believe you’re eating a bunch of cabbage.
