This pad Thai inspired recipe makes an incredible dinner. Don’t skip the lime. It adds a nice pop to the meal.

Ingredients

  • 1–1¼ lb. (454–567 g) lean steak, sliced into thin strips

Method

  1. Make the sauce in a small bowl by mixing together the peanut butter powder, ketchup, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Set aside.
