If you’ve been following me on Instagram stories for at least a few months, there’s no way you haven’t seen me eating or preparing this salmon. 90 percent of the time I think about making a new salmon recipe, I end up saying, “Nah—I’m sticking to what I know works.” You can’t go wrong with this. Kids like it, friends like it, and it tastes great for the next couple days cold or at room temp. It’s a classic recipe you’ll want to make on repeat and serve with any salad, grain, or side.
