This recipe is a spin on the protein nuggets with a few more fresh ingredients to make the salmon pop. It can easily be made with fresh cooked salmon or with canned tuna if you don’t have canned salmon.

  1. Add all ingredients (except for cooking spray) into a large bowl and mix until well incorporated.
  2. Using your hands, form into 8 small patties. Chill patties until ready to cook.
  3. Spray cooking spray over a large pan; preheat pan over medium-high heat
