This is a perfect dip for a brunch or party. Everyone will be obsessed with it.

Ingredients

  • 3 yellow onions, chopped
  • 2 tsps. (10 g) coconut oil

Method

  1. Heat a large pan over low to medium heat.
  2. Add coconut oil and onions and cook, stirring every 1 to 3 minutes for 30 to 60 minutes.
  3. Once the onions are deep brown and caramelized, add them to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine, then garnish with additional chopped chives and serve with cucumbers and whole grain tortilla chips. Thi
