This baba ganoush is so amazing, I love making it for guests and sharing it with friends. It also lasts up to five days in your refrigerator so it’s great to make in advance for a party. If you love Indian food, take it from me and add an extra ½-1 tsp. (2.5–5g) curry spice to it—it’s amazing.
