Watermelon Cake

Among my nieces and nephews and their friends, I’m famous for this cake. Don’t get me wrong, my family still loves traditional cake, but when it comes to making a special moment for a birthday party, there’s nothing kids think is cooler than a cake made out of watermelon. If needed, you can definitely use regular frosting, just make sure you frost the “cake” immediately before serving because the wet watermelon doesn’t adhere to any kind of frosting for very long.
