Winter Farmhouse Braised Roast

Here at the farm we rear bull calves for an ethical take on young beef. Outdoor reared, grazed on our lush Northern Irish grass, the meat has a distinct pink colour which is why it’s called rose veal. This braised dish is pure comfort and the perfect recipe for any cut of meat that needs a long and slow cook.
