Ingredients: 100 g cheese, grated (we always use our Old Roan Farmhouse Wensleydale); 1 tsp dried Italian herb seasoning; 1 heaped tsp sundried tomato pesto; 50 g plain flour; 1 tsp garlic purée (or 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed); 2 x 400 g tins of chopped tomatoes; 1 medium onion; Splash of Worcestershire sauce (or balsamic vinegar); 1 red sweet pointed pepper; 1 tsp hot chilli powder; 50 g butter; 1 beef stock cube; 250 g dried lasagne sheets; 500 g good quality minced beef; Salt and pepper; 550 ml milk (ideally Home Farmer fresh farm milk!); 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 heaped tsp basil pesto
