Ingredients: 50 g plain flour; 550 ml milk (ideally Home Farmer fresh farm milk!); 100 g cheese, grated (we always use our Old Roan Farmhouse Wensleydale); 1 beef stock cube; 50 g butter; Splash of Worcestershire sauce (or balsamic vinegar); Salt and pepper; 2 x 400 g tins of chopped tomatoes; 500 g good quality minced beef; 1 tsp hot chilli powder; 1 tsp garlic purée (or 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed); 1 red sweet pointed pepper; 1 heaped tsp sundried tomato pesto; 250 g dried lasagne sheets; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp dried Italian herb seasoning; 1 heaped tsp basil pesto; 1 medium onion
